From the cottage you can enjoy the same unrivalled picture postcard view across Brodick Bay towards Goat Fell, the tallest mountain on the island. The cottage sleeps four, with a ground floor en suite double room and a twin room with private bathroom upstairs. The living area is fully equipped, as you would expect, with digital TV, DVD, Hi-Fi etc. The kitchen area has fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc., together with sufficient crockery, cutlery and seating for up to five. All linen and towels are provided; electricity and heating are also included in the price. Parking is free. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Sleeps: 4 + 1, Price range: £395 - £495 per week. The farm is situated down a stone track, on the upper slopes of the Corriecravie valley, with stunning views across the Kilbrannan Sound to Kintyre, where the sun sets, and the distant hills of Antrim. With its rugged coastline and pastoral tranquillity, this corner of the island is truly one of Arran's better-kept secrets. The Hayshed and Ploughman's Bothy are two beautifully converted, owner-maintained cottages, each with a spiral staircase in an open-plan ground floor, leading to double and twin bedrooms, all modern conveniences, satellite TV, sun terraces for outdoor living and private parking. The cottages are ideal for couples or small families, and a well-behaved dog is welcome in the Bothy.
